2. Service Description

Menuo App provides a digital platform that enables restaurants to:

Create and manage digital menus
Accept online orders from customers
Customize restaurant themes and branding
Generate QR codes for contactless menu access
Manage inventory and pricing
Process payments and track analytics

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Account Responsibilities

Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Ensure all information provided is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Menuo App for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including:

Uploading harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
Violating intellectual property rights
Attempting to interfere with platform security
Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
Spamming or sending unsolicited communications

5. Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

Transaction Fees

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your restaurant content (menus, images, descriptions). By using our service, you grant us a license to display and process this content for service delivery.

Menuo App retains all rights to our platform, software, and proprietary technology.

7. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your data and customer information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

Planned Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
Service credits may be available for extended outages

9. Limitation of Liability

Menuo App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or for other legitimate business reasons.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Menuo App.
